Ms. Sullivan, distinguished for her expertise in business law, founded Endereza Law PLLC in San Antonio, Texas, as a managing member in 2024. Working closely with clients, she supports small and mid-size businesses as they navigate the operational and compliance components of their companies. In her role, she helps clients strategically grow their businesses while managing their daily legal operations. Before launching Endereza Law PLLC, Ms. Sullivan garnered foundational success as a law clerk for Capital Research and Management Company and a legislative aide for the Texas State Senate. She worked her way up to becoming a commercial litigator and then as a general counsel for Massage Heights.
In preparation for her future, Ms. Sullivan earned a Bachelor of Arts in international studies from Boston College in 2000 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Southern California Gould. Besides her degrees, she completed the World Capitals Program at American University in Chili and received credentials as a Scaled Agile Framework 4 certified Agilist and compliance and ethics professional. She is involved in numerous professional organizations to stay ahead in her field, including the Bexar County Women’s Bar Association and the Texas Bar Association, and is active on the board of directors of the international law section of the Bexar County Bar Association. Civically, Ms. Sullivan has been instrumental with several local chambers, including the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, on its board of directors since 2014, as an advisory board member for Bexar County Lead Academy since 2023, and as a board of directors for the Texas Court Appointed Special Advocates since 2023.
Throughout her tenure in law, Ms. Sullivan has received numerous notable wins for her clients, including for a trial that spanned nearly a decade, resulting in a significant settlement. She has also been recognized with several accolades for her hard work, including recognition in the Antonio Business Journal with a 40 Under 40 Award, an ATHENA Organizational Leadership Award from the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, inclusion in Latino Leaders Magazine as a San Antonio Leader of the Future, a Best Lawyer award from S.A. Scene, and, among others, a Rising Star Award from Super Lawyers. Attributing her good fortune to several incredible mentors, coaches and sponsors, she established a solid foundation and ultimately became empowered to take risks to pursue more significant achievements. Eager for the future, Ms. Sullivan’s goal is to expand her law firm as a solo practitioner into a more prominent firm where she can be of more value to more organizations.
