Additionally, he worked as an assistant manager at Champions of the World from 2003 to 2004 and served as an assistant language teacher for the Ibaraki Prefectural Board of Education in Japan from 2002 to 2003. Laying a solid educational foundation, Mr. LeBlanc earned a Bachelor of Arts in history and classical civilization with distinction from New College University of Toronto in 2002, and Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of La Verne, College of Law in 2007. He is a member of the Western San Bernardino County Bar Association, Riverside County Bar Association, and The State Bar of California. He also served as president of the Rotary Club and Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. Reflecting on his path, he has achieved significant success through his scholarly publications, with his articles being featured in prestigious law reviews, including the Missouri Environmental Law and Policy Review, South Coast Law Review, Florida Coastal Law Review, The University of La Verne Law Review, and the Journal of International Law. In the legal realm, he takes great pride in winning property cases and successfully representing clients in both civil and criminal trials.
Mr. LeBlanc credits his success to his strong work ethic, emphasizing the importance of ethics over financial gain and a commitment to offering sincere, helpful advice to his clients.
