In this landmark matter involving Michael Dell’s privatization of his company and a half-billion-dollar valuation dispute, he secured a complete victory when the court affirmed that the deal price equates to the fair price in management-led go-private transactions with open-market processes. Mr. Caine also represented Kazuo Okada, one of Japan’s wealthiest individuals, in complex litigation against Steve Wynn concerning control of Wynn Resorts. This high-profile case involved innovative gaming technology and attracted significant media attention.
A hallmark of Mr. Caine’s professional approach is his self-described naive curiosity paired with a lifelong commitment to learning.
