Poole LLC, a position he has held since 2018, where he helps clients navigate the legal system, addressing underlying issues, negotiating, and resolving their cases. His prior experience includes serving as an associate attorney at Fox, Chandler, Homans, Hicks & McKinnon from 2015 to 2018, assistant district attorney for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit from 2014 to 2015, law clerk at Christopher P. Berney P.C. in 2013, and graduate research assistant at Georgia State University from 2012 to 2013. Before pursuing law, he served as an Army infantryman from 2005 to 2008.
In recognition of his accomplishments, Mr. Poole has been honored with the Rising Stars award by Super Lawyers. He is also involved in numerous professional and community organizations, including Leadership Hall County Class of 2016, the Gainesville-Northeastern Bar Association, and The E. Wycliffe Orr Sr. American Inn of Court. Additionally, he has organized the Legal Food Frenzy for the Atlanta Community Food Bank, serves on the boards of Family Ties, Gainesville Jaycees, and the Gateway Domestic Violence Center, and is a member of Concord Baptist Church. Laying a solid educational foundation, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Georgia, earned in 2011, and a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law in 2014. Reflecting on his path, he takes great pride in his deployment to Iraq as an Army infantryman, where he spent 15 months in combat, received multiple commendations, and safely brought back all his men. He attributes his success to hard work, tenacity, and a refusal to take no for an answer. In the coming years, he envisions continued growth for his practice in Northeast Georgia and plans to expand into Western North Carolina by establishing one or two satellite offices in the coming years.
