Mr. Eghbali has enjoyed more than 12 years as a senior partner at the Law Advocate Group, LLC, where his practice focuses on corporate, business, and real estate law in addition to contract and intellectual property matters for entertainment-industry clients. He started his career in 2002, earning a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. Mr. Eghbali briefly worked as a legislative correspondent intern to Oregon Senator Ron Wyden before pursuing a judicial externship for Judge Cynthia Dianne Steel of the Eighth Judicial District of Nevada in 2005. He was awarded his Juris Doctor by the California School of Law in 2007 and spent two years as a clerk for the firm K&L Gates LLP while a student. Mr. Eghbali joined the Law Advocate Group, LLC, in 2009.
In 2010, Mr. Eghbali was named Chair of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and he continues to hold numerous leadership roles within the organization, sitting on the Executive Committees of the business, international law, entertainment, and conflict resolution sections, and serving as a member of the Board of Governors and Co-Chair of the real estate section. He is President of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Barristers. Extensively published in his field, Mr. Eghbali has contributed more than 30 articles to professional journals and lectures on a variety of topics related to the law. Mr. Eghbali holds the highest possible rating on Avvo.com, was named a Super Lawyers Southern California Rising Star two years in a row, and has been named one of Los Angeles Magazine’s Top Lawyers of Southern California. In recognition of his work with the Beverly Hills Bar Association, Mr. Eghbali was honored with a 2012 President’s Award, a 2013 Distinguished Service Award, and inducted into the organization’s Order of Distinguished Attorneys in 2013, among many other accolades.
