From an early age, Mr. DiSalvo knew he wanted to become an attorney. As the first individual in his family to attend college, he graduated from St. John Fisher College in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Shortly thereafter, in 1980, he earned a Juris Doctor from the Syracuse University College of Law. From 1981 until 1991, he familiarized himself with the industry as an adjunct instructor of business law at the Rochester Institute of Technology. In 1983, alongside his role as a professor, he became an attorney and the president at the Law Office of Thomas J. DiSalvo Esq. PC. He remains there today. Moreover, in 2001, Mr. DiSalvo became the town justice for Webster County, New York.
Outside of his primary ventures, Mr. DiSalvo maintains affiliation with several professional organizations. These include the Monroe County Bar Association, the Monroe County Magistrates Association, and the New York State Magistrates Association. As a testament to his success, he was named as Magistrate of the Year. Reflecting on his career thus far, he credits his accomplishments to his inherent persistence and hard-working nature. Mr. DiSalvo hopes to continue practicing law in the future and potentially become a judge.
