Charles Crocker, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in estate planning, probate, tax, corporate and civil practice.
Mr. Crocker is a sole practitioner with more than four decades of experience. He was admitted to the bar in the state of Texas in 1965, and has been additionally admitted to practice with the United States Tax Court, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals and the United States Claims Court. Knowing he wanted to go into law at an early age, Mr. Crocker first earned a BBA from Texas Tech University in 1962 and later received an LLB at the University of Texas in 1965. His interest in law was influenced by his brother, who was also a lawyer.
Since 1987, Mr. Crocker has met his clients’ needs at his sole practice. The same year he began in this venture he also experienced one of his top career achievements. He handled a case concerning the estate of Dan Harrison Jr. and navigated through family limited partnerships and evaluation discounts. Prior to this venture, Mr. Crocker gained experience as an attorney for Hendricks Management co., Baker & Botts and Pear. He began his career as an estate tax examiner for the IRS. Throughout his career, he has maintained professional affiliation with the American Bar Association and the Houston Bar Association. Mr. Crocker’s work has been recognized and he received AV-Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
