Randall D. Grady, Attorney at Riezman Berger PC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements and leadership in the Legal Field.

Mr. Grady has established himself as a respected legal professional, marked by leadership, expertise and a commitment to service. Since 2000, he has served as an attorney, shareholder and chair at Riezman Berger PC, where he is involved in various aspects of the business, from organizing the work required for each case to maintaining client interactions and managing the firm’s human resources department.

As part of Mr. Grady’s daily routine, he handles trials, summary judgment motions and similar legal matters while providing mentorship and support to new associates to ensure they understand the complexity of the field. While remaining actively involved in practicing law, he also presently supervises two associates who report directly to him. Mr. Grady’s dedication to his clients is evident in the long-standing relationships he has cultivated, with some clients remaining with him for 25 to 30 years. This clientele ranges from Fortune 500 companies to single-store owners, reflecting his versatility and broad expertise.

Before his 25-year tenure with Reizman Berger PC, Mr. Grady worked in other legal capacities, dating back to 1986. Over nearly four decades, he has developed a reputation as an expert in litigation, trial and jury trial work, business disputes, commercial and noncommercial litigation, contractual disputes and financial disagreements. Mr. Grady’s proficiency in these areas has earned him recognition among peers and clients alike.

Mr. Grady’s academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in political science and government from Union College, completed in 1983, followed by a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Washington University in Saint Louis, Missouri, earned in 1986. He was admitted to practice by the Missouri and Illinois Bar Associations, making him highly qualified in his field.

Throughout his career, Mr. Grady has been a member of several prominent industry organizations, including the Saint Louis County Bar Association. Beyond his legal involvement, he is deeply engaged in civic activities and charitable initiatives. Since 2012, Mr. Grady has served as the development committee chair for College Bound in Saint Louis. He has also organized charity teams for events, such as the MS 150 fundraising bike ride, and has contributed as part of the management team for Pedal the Cause.

Among many professional milestones, Mr. Grady argued his first case before the U.S. Supreme Court in 2006, a distinction achieved by only 1.1% of attorneys nationwide. He is particularly proud of his trial victories and the assistance he provided to companies with insurance disputes during Hurricane Katrina, which he found to be especially rewarding. While he acknowledges that trials result in wins, losses and settlements, Mr. Grady prefers not to rank one outcome above another, instead valuing each resolution for its unique impact.

In recognition of his professional excellence, Mr. Grady has been recognized through numerous honors, including recognition in Super Lawyers every year since 2011, inclusion in Missouri Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers, and with an AV-Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Grady attributes his professional success to honesty and straightforwardness, as well as being a good listener who treats everyone with dignity and respect. These qualities have fostered trust among clients and judges alike, making him a sought-after expert in his area of the law.

With a strong commitment to giving back, Mr. Grady looks forward to growing his business while supporting his community through volunteer efforts in both nonprofit initiatives and firm branding projects. Additionally, since purchasing a property in Utah, he intends to establish an organization modeled after College Bound to help underprivileged youth pursue higher education or vocational training so they may advance beyond their current circumstances. Eager for the future of his career in the legal realm, Mr. Grady’s legacy has been defined by integrity, compassion and an unwavering dedication to both his profession and community service.
