Since 2023, he has excelled as a partner at Ball PLLC, a global law firm with offices on four continents, and as partner and owner of IHMA Consulting LLC since 2017. As an international corporate lawyer with expertise in the automotive, pharmaceutical, nutritional, and energy sectors, he advises American and European companies operating in Latin America and foreign investors conducting business in the United States, helping clients expand operations, navigate cross-border deals, and coordinate legal services globally. His experience also includes serving as head of the international practice group, of counsel, and strategic alliance manager at LKC Law Firm from 2019 to 2023, vice president of commercial risk and head of Latin America legal services at Aggreko from 2013 to 2017, assistant general counsel and legal director at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company from 2005 to 2013, legal manager at Bocar from 1999 to 2005, and foreign attorney at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP from 1996 to 1999. He also served as counsel for antitrust matters at COFECE in 1995.
Mr. Andrade Max also holds memberships with the Mexican Bar Association, Global Law Experts, The Woodlands Bar Association, and the Conroe Art League. He laid an educational foundation, earning a doctorate in European Union and international law from the University of Vienna in 1991, a Juris Doctor from Universidad Iberoamericana in 1994, and a Master of Laws from the University of Chicago in 1996. He is also a certified foreign legal consultant with the State Bar of Texas through 2025. He attributes his success to the values instilled by his parents. Looking to the future, he aims to grow his law firm while maintaining its personal and high-quality service.
