Bar Pro Bon Program in 2015, and as an attorney for the NLRB’s San Juan Regional Office in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in 2015. Continually progressing, Ms. Lancia became a field attorney for the NLRB’s Region 2 in New York City between 2016 and 2020 and for its contempt, compliance and special litigation branch from 2020 to 2022. Just before being acquired by Jackson Lewis PC, she was a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Labor in New York City between 2022 and 2024, focusing on workplace health and safety, wage and hour disputes, and employee benefits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act for New York, New Jersey and Puerto Rico employees.
In preparation for her future, Ms. Lancia earned a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy with a minor in Spanish and African American studies from Georgetown University in 2007 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Georgetown University Law Center in 2010.
Apart from her education, Ms. Lancia remains abreast in her field as a prominent member of the New York State Bar Association.
