Beginning as an attorney for the Arizona-based firm, he became a managing shareholder in 2010, where he continues representing juveniles and adults as they navigate the criminal legal system. Passionate about providing superior defense for all his clients, Mr. Geigle works diligently to help reduce their charges and penalties as best as he can while also protecting the rights of the accused. Additionally, Mr. Geigle oversees six other attorneys and manages various areas of the practice.

In preparation for his career, Mr. Geigle received a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Management in marketing and strategy from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University in Rexburg, Idaho, in 1997. Subsequently, he attended Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, where he completed a Master of Science in business from the Graziadio Business School in 2001 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Caruso School of Law in 2002. Mr. Geigle has been admitted to practice by the Arizona Bar Association and holds certification in dispute through the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Caruso School of Law.
Throughout his career, Mr. Geigle has been active with various professional organizations. He is a former president, founder, volunteer and member of the Arizona Family Council. He has also been affiliated with Rotary International, the Metropolitan Youth Company, and the Boy Scouts of America, where he earned the distinction of Eagle Scout. Moreover, Mr. Geigle has volunteered for various charitable organizations, such as Feed My Starving Children and the United Way Worldwide.
During his tenure at JacksonWhite PC, Mr. Geigle has been pivotal in organizing events and advocating for legislative change. He has also drafted statutes that have been passed into law, particularly those focused on protecting children, including online safety. Furthermore, Mr. Geigle has significantly impacted numerous individuals, particularly juveniles, by helping clear their records so they can enjoy a fresh start in life. Earlier in his career, Mr. Geigle succeeded in civil rights issues, where he addressed concerns regarding the mistreatment of inmates and violations of constitutional rights by law enforcement.
Mr. Geigle’s success has been recognized numerous times. He received an America’s Top 100 Attorneys Lifetime Achievement Award, a Rising Star Award from Super Lawyers, and was named among the 10 Best Attorneys by the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorney, among other accolades. Mr. Geigle attributes much of his success to the support and guidance of his parents, who shaped his education and life, as well as numerous mentors, including his father-in-law.
Interested in expanding his clientele, Mr. Geigle intends to expand JacksonWhite into multiple other states. He is also eager to continue the legacy at his firm that began over 40 years ago by maintaining its reputation for excellence.
