With over three decades of experience to his credit, Mr. Malouf has excelled as the founder of Malouf & Associates since 1994. Specializing in litigation, personal injury, and criminal cases in federal and state courts, he handles a diverse array of legal matters with a primary focus on personal injury litigation. Prior to establishing Malouf & Associates, he served as an attorney at Koonz McKenney Johnson & DePaolis LLP, previously known as Koonz McKenney & Johnson, from 1989 to 1994, where he gained valuable experience in legal practice.

Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Malouf pursued an Associate of Arts degree from Miami Dade Community College, graduating in 1984. Continuing his education, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Florida International University in 1986. He then pursued a Master of Business Administration in management from Long Island University Post, which he completed in 1988.

Mr. Malouf’s academic journey continued with a Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 1990. He furthered his legal education with a Master of Laws in constitutional law from Georgetown University Law Center in 1992. Additionally, he earned a Master of Science in strategic studies from the United States Army War College in 2000.

Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. Malouf has contributed to the community as the founder of the Toys for the Community Project from 1992 to 2013 and as president of the Arts, Humanities, Digital Media & Communications Board in Montgomery County from 2007 to 2018. He also served as a donor for the Autism Research Institute and as a board member for Catholic youth organizations.

In addition to his primary vocation, Mr. Malouf was a past member of the Hispanic National Bar Association, the Local Hispanic Bar Association, and the Moot Court Team at Howard University School of Law. He was also a member of the Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps from 1984 to 1986.

In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Malouf has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He was recognized as an Army Achievement Medal recipient in 1986 and received a Merit Scholarship from Howard University School of Law.
