With 20 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Fuller has excelled as assistant attorney general working with the Texas Attorney General since 2019. With the United States Army and Army National Guard, he contributed as a squad automatic rifleman and wheeled vehicle driver from 2004 to 2007, a section leader in 2007, a simultaneous membership program officer candidate from 2007 to 2010, a judge advocate candidate in education delay from 2010 to 2014, a client services attorney and claims officer from 2014 to 2015, a trial counsel and rear brigade judge advocate from 2015 to 2016, a division operational law attorney from 2016 to 2017, and chief of national security and administrative law from 2017 to 2019. He began his career as a law clerk at Zimmermann, Lavine, Zimmermann, & Sampson, P.C. from 2011 to 2013. He established himself as an associate attorney at The Haglund Law Firm, P.C. from 2013 to 2014.

Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Fuller pursued an education at Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in political science and government in 2010. He continued his academic efforts at South Texas College of Law Houston, graduating with a Doctor of Law in 2013. He has been licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas. Beyond his responsibilities within the field, he has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He volunteered with the Big Event at Texas A&M University.

In addition to his primary vocation, Mr. Fuller remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He was a member of the Association of Former Students of Texas A&M, the Corps of Cadets Association, the Ross Volunteer Association, and the Delta Theta Phi Fraternity. In light of his impressive undertakings, he has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He was presented with five Army Achievement Medals, an Army Commendation Medal, and a Meritorious Service Medal. He was recognized as a distinguished honor graduate and an honor graduate by the Non-Commissioned Officers Academy, a distinguished military graduate by Texas A&M Army ROTC and was inducted into the O.R. Simpson Honor Society.

In the immediate future, Mr. Fuller’s only objective is to ensure his family’s well-being and engage in an interesting pursuit, as he has already accomplished his goals and is in a position that exceeds his expectations. Currently, he is collaborating with the Heritage Foundation on one of their projects. Additionally, he is attempting to contact the Texas Public Policy Foundation to write an article on election law and tackle other challenging issues.
