Mr. Oxenham’s academic journey is marked by notable achievements that have significantly contributed to his professional accomplishments. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science with a minor in environmental studies, magna cum laude, from Haverford College, since 2015 and Doctor of Jurisprudence with a concentration in energy and environmental law, summa cum laude, from Vermont Law and Graduate School in 2019. These academic credentials have shaped Mr. Oxenham’s expertise in energy and environmental law.
In addition to his formal education, Mr. Oxenham was admitted to practice by the New Jersey and New Hampshire Bar Associations. He also pursued credentials as a legal research certified professional through LexisNexis in 2016, further solidifying his legal analysis and research capabilities and underscoring his commitment to practicing law at the highest standards.
As an expert in his field, Mr. Oxenham’s scholarly work included authoring several articles, including “Charging Onwards: Removing Barriers to Energy Storage in Restructured New England States,” published in the Vermont Law Review in 2019.
