She takes pride in her impactful work at the Human Rights Commission, where she helped revise New York Presbyterian Hospital’s light duty policy, and at the Equal Employment Practices Commission, where she audited over 140 city agencies to ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity policies. Her advocacy led to the inclusion of accessibility ramps in Department of Homeless Services shelters and strengthened equal employment opportunity programs at New York City’s community colleges. Looking to the future, she aspires to share her expertise through teaching or consulting while advancing equal employment and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, potentially in a leadership role with the City of New York.
