As a registered patent attorney and a certified civil trial attorney, he focuses on civil litigation, patent infringement cases, and tort and insurance law and appeals in his present position. Beginning his career with the Haseltine Lake Company, he subsequently served as a patent agent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in 1978. Mr. Haidri also formerly practiced as a partner at a law firm from 1984 to 1988.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Haidri pursued an education at Leeds University, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. He continued his academic efforts with a master’s degree in chemistry at New York University. He concluded his studies at New York Law School, graduating with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. In addition to these accomplishments, Mr. Haidri has been admitted to practice law by the New York State Bar Association in 1981 and the New Jersey State Bar Association in 1983.
Beyond his primary responsibilities, Mr. Haidri has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his immediate professional circles. As a trustee, he has contributed to the Union County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Moreover, Mr. Haidri has been appointed as an arbitrator and appointed mediator for the New Jersey Subpoena Court Administration Program as well as a member of the Advisory Committee on Professional Ethics for New Jersey Courts.
In light of his exceptional undertakings, Mr. Haidri has accrued several accolades throughout his impressive career, including a President’s Scout Award and a BV-Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Attributing his success to his love for The Lord and his dedication to doing things the correct way, he is incredibly proud of his first published case, which was a groundbreaking child custody case. Looking toward the future, Mr. Haidri hopes to continue thriving in his present position in addition to soon obtaining an AV-Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and a chairman position with the Early Intellectual Property Law Committee for the New Jersey State Bar Association.
