Transparency about the extent of her knowledge is what she considers as the quickest way to learn and eventually succeed in her field. Her journey as a woman in her field also allowed her to discover the value of relentlessness and finding ways to set herself apart from others. is a self-taught businesswoman with a rich family background in entrepreneurship, which formed the foundation for pursuing a legal career in business law. Her great-grandfather was the owner of Smith Auto Supply, an automobile repair shop inherited by her grandfather, who planned to pass it down to her uncle. Unfortunately, legal entanglements between her grandfather and a new partner who was not part of their family prevented the bequeathing of the business to them. It was a complication that served as one of the motivations for her resolve to be a business lawyer.

Ms. Smith counts her ability to help inspire others as her most important achievement. She recounts being at a local watering hole and speaking to a younger female attorney who told her how she looked up to her and how other local female lawyers are inspired by her work. In the coming years, she intends to expand Revival LLC nationally in order to share the vintage experience in every corner of the nation. Part of her entrepreneurial plan is to partner with local hotels and start a shuttle service.
