Robert G. Androsiglio, Esq., Founding Partner at Monarch Law Group, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements and leadership in Personal Injury Litigation.
Mr. Androsiglio has established himself as a leading attorney in personal injury litigation, earning recognition for his expertise and dedication to client advocacy. Since 2018, he has served as a founding partner at Monarch Law Group, with offices in New York City and on Long Island. At the helm of his firm, he manages trials, litigates complex personal injury cases and assists clients in restoring their pre-accident condition. Mr. Androsiglio’s leadership at the firm is marked by a commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes for those affected by life-altering injuries.
Before launching Monarch Law Group, Mr. Androsiglio was a partner at Powell & Roman, LLC, in New York from 2013 to 2018. During this period, he continued to hone his litigation skills and expand his professional network within the legal community. Mr. Androsiglio also served as a partner at Radna & Androsiglio, LLP, from 1994 to 2012, where he played a pivotal role in building the firm’s reputation for effective representation and client-centered service. Earlier, he succeeded as an associate at the Law Firm of Leopold Kaplan from 1991 to 1994, shortly after passing the bar, gaining foundational experience that would inform his later successes.
Mr. Androsiglio’s academic background laid the foundation for his legal career. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and government from Hofstra University in 1986 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the school of law at the University of Bridgeport in 1990. Initially pursuing music studies at Hofstra University, he shifted focus after recognizing that many lawyers share artistic inclinations and realizing that a career as a rock musician was unlikely.
Beyond his primary career endeavors, Mr. Androsiglio’s professional affiliations reflect his standing within the legal field and broader community. He is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, the New York City Bar, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Columbian Lawyers Association. Additionally, Mr. Androsiglio supports civic organizations, such as the Melville Chamber of Commerce, and animal welfare through involvement with the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Lions Club and the Alzheimer’s Association.
Throughout his more than three decades in law, Mr. Androsiglio has achieved notable milestones that underscore his impact on the profession. Among his proudest accomplishments are two significant cases. In one instance, he represented young individuals who suffered catastrophic injuries after being struck by a New York City Parks Department truck while sunbathing on a Rockaway beach. Despite their challenging circumstances, which included living in a homeless shelter and facing lifelong disabilities, Mr. Androsiglio secured substantial compensation that transformed their lives. In another case, he expedited proceedings for a client who was compelled to return to Ecuador due to immigration issues, ultimately securing a settlement that enabled the client to rebuild his life and address pressing obligations.
Mr. Androsiglio’s professional excellence has been recognized with several honors, including selection as an honoree by Lawyers of Distinction in 2025. He attributes his success to maintaining a level-headed, forthright relationship with clients, treating them with dignity and respect while ensuring open communication. Looking ahead, Mr. Androsiglio intends to continue practicing law while expanding Monarch Law Group’s reach and influence. His ongoing goal is to assist clients effectively while establishing a legacy that endures within the firm and among colleagues committed to upholding high standards of service.
