Mr. Schutzer’s academic background has played a pivotal role in shaping his career achievements. He completed a Bachelor of Arts in economics at Columbia University in New York City in 1990, providing him with a strong foundation in economic theory and financial analysis that has proven invaluable throughout his professional journey. Mr. Schutzer then earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in New York City in 1993, equipping him with advanced legal knowledge.
