Before entering full-time legal practice, Mr. Noblin worked as an editor at the Daily Journal Corporation from 2016 to 2017, having initially joined the organization as a reporter in 2016. In these roles, he reported on legal developments and edited content for a prominent legal newspaper while awaiting the results of his bar exam. Mr. Noblin also contributed as a freelance columnist at Whalerock Industries in 2016.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Noblin gained valuable experience as a senior law clerk at Henry Salcido Law Office from 2014 to 2016 and as a certified law clerk with Gideon’s Promise in 2014. He also advocated for clients through the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law Trial Advocacy Clinic, between 2013 and 2014, and served as a summer law clerk at the Los Angeles Public Defender’s Office in 2013. In preparation for his career in law, Mr. Noblin completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California, earning a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology, magna cum laude, in 2012. He served as chapter valedictorian of Phi Delta Theta and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. Subsequently, he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of California in 2015. During his law studies, Mr. Noblin was awarded the David Simon Scholarship Grant and was recognized as a finalist in the Jones Day Moot Court Competition. Moreover, he was named a Presidential Scholar and a Scion Scholar and participated in the Thematic Options Honors Program. Mr. Noblin was admitted to practice by the California Bar Association and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
Mr. Noblin is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Irish American Bar Association of San Diego, the California Criminal Defense Bar Association and the California DUI Lawyers Association. His civic involvement includes association with the Jewish National Fund.
Throughout his career, Mr. Noblin has demonstrated exceptional skill in both trial advocacy and negotiation. Among his most notable achievements is his strong track record of success in jury trials. In one significant case last year, he secured a not-guilty verdict for a client facing life imprisonment on sexual assault charges, a testament to his courtroom acumen. Mr. Noblin has also consistently negotiated favorable outcomes for clients without the need for trial when appropriate.
