Mr. Umina’s academic background laid a strong foundation for his achievements in law and business. He earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and sociology from the University of Illinois in 2011 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from West Virginia University in 2016. He was soon after admitted to the West Virginia Bar Association.
