As a partner and e-discovery counsel at Hanson Bridgett LLP since 2023, he advises clients on complex e-discovery issues and represents owners, developers and general contractors in various disputes. Mr. Eisler’s role also involves reviewing business plans, assisting with legal compliance and preparing construction documents while providing support for various legal matters.
Having begun his journey with Hanson Bridgett LLP in 2017, Mr. Eisler joined as a senior associate. He quickly advanced to senior counsel in 2020 before assuming his current roles as partner and counsel. Leveraging his prior experience, he worked at Lorber, Greenfield & Polito LLP from 2008 to 2017, where he began as a law clerk and progressed to senior associate. Mr. Eisler’s career began earlier at Bemis & Associates as a litigation assistant in 2006, following a brief stint as an account manager at Corporation Service Company from 2002 to 2003.
Mr. Eisler’s academic background laid the foundation for his success. He earned a Bachelor of Science in managerial economics from the University of California, Davis, in 2001. Subsequently, he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence in business litigation with an international emphasis from Golden Gate University in 2007, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List and received the CALI Award for Torts. Adding to his professional credentials, Mr. Eisler was admitted to practice by the California Bar Association and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Active in his professional community, Mr. Eisler’s professional affiliations include membership in the San Diego County Bar Association, the Design-Build Institute of America, the Construction Management Association of America and ProVisors. Additionally, he serves as the executive committee chair of the construction section for the San Diego County Bar Association and is a California chapter leader for the Construction Owners Association of America’s national leadership council.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Eisler is committed to civic engagement. He has organized city park clean-up days at the University of California, Davis, and participates in charitable efforts through the Theta Xi National Fraternity.
Grateful for his success, Mr. Eisler enjoyed a pivotal moment in his career when he was involved in a challenging design-build freeway project in California. This project required innovative strategies to secure an eight-figure settlement for his client, one of the world’s largest contractors. Mr. Eisler’s ability to leverage complex insurance products demonstrated his adeptness at navigating intricate legal landscapes.
