Crediting much of her accomplishments and tenure to her ability to build consensus, which Ms. Marhamati admits can be challenging, she notes that being able to reach agreements among diverse stakeholders with varying agendas has been critical to her continued success. Eager for the future of her career in this sector, she intends to continue advancing, particularly in the financial services area of law, where she derives significant satisfaction and finds the work fascinating. Ms. Marhamati is also excited about the opportunity to explore other areas, such as new financial regulations, while serving as an asset to the organization.
