His experience also includes serving as an attorney at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP from 2007 to 2010, an analyst and implementation specialist at American Management Systems from 2001 to 2003, and as an honors paralegal in the computer crime and intellectual property section of the U.S. Department of Justice from 1999 to 2001.

In addition, Mr. Kadlecek has served as a regional leader for Stanford Professionals in Real Estate since 2016, and is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute, the District of Columbia Building Industry Association, and the District of Columbia Bar. He is a board member of the Wanda Alston Foundation as of 2024 and has been president and co-founder of Q City since 2018. Laying a strong educational foundation, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Stanford University in 1999, a Master of Planning from the School of Law at USC Gould in 2007, and a Juris Doctor from the School of Law at USC Gould in 2007.

Reflecting on his path, Mr. Kadlecek takes great pride in achieving the prestigious position of partner at Goulston & Storrs. He also played a key role in the development of several high-profile projects in Washington DC, including the professional soccer stadium. Additionally, he successfully secured entitlement for a charter school project despite strong opposition from multiple neighborhoods, and, even when faced with an appeal, the project prevailed in the Court of Appeals due to his perseverance.
