She currently excels as the chief legal officer, chief strategy officer, and corporate secretary at Farmhouse Management, a single-family office, a position she has held since 2022. In this role, she works for a high-net-worth family, holding titles at each of the businesses they own, with the most recognizable being Round Room Holdings Inc., where she serves as chief legal and strategy officer. She maintains these titles across all the family’s businesses, ensuring cohesive legal and strategic guidance. Her experience also includes serving as general counsel at Moorehead Communications Inc. from 2013 to 2023, chief legal officer at Verizon Authorized Retailer, TCC from 2018 to 2022, corporate counsel at CSI Closures System International from 2011 to 2013, and corporate attorney at Baker & Daniels LLP from 2004 to 2011.
Ms. Wiley dedicates her time to various professional and community organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management, the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the International Cannabis Bar Association. She is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Chi Omega, and the Panhellenic Association. Since 2006, she has served on the Board of Directors of The Children’s TherAplay Foundation Inc., taking on various executive roles, including president, and is a member of the Women’s Fund of Central Indiana Advisory Board and the Advocacy Committee for the same organization. She is also a board member of Round Room Gives, and leads a small group for girls at her church. In light of her impressive undertakings, she earned her recognition as one of Indy’s Best and Brightest Legal Finalists in 2018 and as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2006 and 2010.
Reflecting on her path, Ms. Wiley earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Purdue University, graduating with highest distinction in 2001, and a Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2004. She also completed a program in business administration and management at Wharton Executive Education in 2022 and holds a certification in sound healing. She takes great pride in spearheading the growth of the wireless business by overseeing the legal processes for more than 1,000 stores over an eight-year period. Additionally, she established a Michigan cannabis company amidst a complex regulatory landscape, integrating it with existing business units. Furthermore, she initiated a nonprofit organization, More Than a Phone, to provide phones and services to survivors of domestic violence, a project that has now expanded its reach to over 100 communities nationwide.
Ms. Wiley attributes her success to her strong work ethic, the unwavering support of her family, friends, and peers, her eagerness to learn, and her commitment to making a positive impact.
