Les Levinson, Esq., partner and co-chair of Transactional Health Law Group at Robinson & Cole LLP, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in legal services.
With nearly four and a half decades of experience, Mr. Levinson has built a successful career in legal services, focusing primarily on transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions and financing, with the past 20 years being dedicated to the health care services sector. He currently serves as a partner and co-chair of the transactional health care law group at Robinson & Cole LLP, a role he has held since 2014. His experience also includes serving as a partner and chair of the health care practice group at Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP from 2009 to 2014 and leading the New York corporate and securities practice group at WolfBlock LLP from 2007 to 2009. He has also contributed his time as an advisory board member for several prominent organizations, including the Health Law Newsletter for Law360, the Federal Regulation of Securities Section of the American Bar Association, the Health Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, and the American Health Lawyers Association. Additionally, he serves on the advisory boards of the Johns Hopkins Berman Institute of Bioethics and Bioethics International.
Mr. Levinson has also written numerous articles for professional and trade journals and frequently speaks at various industry events. In light of his impressive undertakings, he was honored with the USA Deal of the Year Award by the M&A Atlas Awards. Laying a solid educational foundation, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and was admitted to the New York Bar. Reflecting on his path, he takes great pride in having earned respect and recognition in his field, with many of his clients coming through referrals. He is also deeply committed to delivering the highest level of service and ensuring successful outcomes for his clients.
