Ms. Anderson has distinguished herself across more than 10 years as an attorney, with a particular focus on cases involving construction-related insurance. She has served as a shareholder at Boyle, Leonard & Anderson, P.A., since 2018. In this position, Ms. Anderson primarily represents general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers and large national home builders. She also manages staff and a large caseload of up to 125 files at a time. Before becoming a partner, Ms. Anderson held the role of associate attorney at Boyle, Gentile, Leonard & Crockett, P.A. for five years. Her career started as a summer law clerk for Russell Kirshy, Esq., in 2010.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Anderson established a strong academic foundation. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2007. Ms. Anderson earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2011. As part of her commitment to her field, she maintains membership in such industry-related organizations as the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, the Defense Research Institute, the American Bar Association and the St. Petersburg Bar Association. Ms. Anderson’s career highlights include being named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2023, winning Litigation Counsel of the Year and playing an essential role in reaching settlements in 2018’s Florida International University bridge collapse and 2021’s Champlain Towers collapse.
Ms. Anderson credits her success to dedication, perseverance, investment in her clients and being guided by talented mentors. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys boating, bowling and playing with her three dogs. Looking to the future, Ms. Anderson hopes to expand her representation of home builders across the country. She harbors the ambitious goal of representing every national contractor in the country. Ms. Anderson plans to continue growing her team as she progresses her career in pursuit of that goal.
