Isaiah R. Kalinowski, Esq., counsel at Bosson Legal Group PC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in legal services.
With nearly two decades of experience, Mr. Kalinowski has excelled in the field of law, specializing in Vaccine Injury Litigation and Covid Mandates. He currently serves as counsel at Bosson Legal Group PC, a role he has held since 2021. His responsibilities include building up the practice and conducting casework and brief writing. Additionally, he served as a partner at Maglio Christopher & Toale, now mctlaw from 2010 to 2021. a law Clerk with the Office of Special Masters, also known as Vaccine Court, with the United States Court of Federal Claims from 2007 to 2010, a Litigation Attorney at Lentz, Stepanovich & Bergethon PLC from 2005 to 2006, director of research with the Common Good Foundation from 2003 to 2004 and worked with production for Benchmark Media Systems Inc. from 1993 to 1998.
Laying a solid foundation for his future success, Mr. Kalinowski pursued an education at Wabash College, earning a Bachelor of Arts in history and ancient Greek, graduating magna cum laude in 2000. He continued his academic efforts at Regent University School of Law, obtaining a Juris Doctor in 2005. Following these accomplishments, he completed his bar admissions with the Virginia State Bar in 2005, the New York State Bar Association in 2006, and the District of Columbia Bar in 2014. Additionally, he is admitted to practice before various federal courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and several United States District Courts.
In addition to his primary vocation, Mr. Kalinowski remains actively involved in various organizations. He has been a member of the Vaccine Injury Committee’s advisory council with the United States Court of Federal Claims since 2018 and is a member of the Appellate Committee and the Vaccine Injured Petitioners Bar Association. He is also a published author, and his work, “The House Built on a Hillside: The Unique and Necessary Role of the United States Court of Federal Claims,” was featured in the Texas Review of Law & Politics in 2018. He also hosts a podcast on the Court of Federal Claims and its specialized areas.
Reflecting on his career, Mr. Kalinowski finds his greatest fulfillment in his legal practice through brief writing and interacting with his clients, especially those with vaccine injuries. These cases often involve catastrophic injuries, and without compensation, clients may rely on public assistance. Due to the lengthy nature of these proceedings, he develops strong relationships with his clients, providing hands-on support and guidance.
Mr. Kalinowski has achieved remarkable success throughout his career, particularly in winning cases involving previously unrecognized injuries. Additionally, he wrote an article in 2018 on the court published in the Texas Review of Law & Politics that garnered considerable attention and praise within the legal community. He attributes his success to his ability to build strong relationships with clients by addressing their queries and being readily accessible, as well as his faithfulness to the law and attention to detail. He also values quality work and actively assists others without prioritizing his own agenda. In the coming years, he intends to expand his vaccine injury and vaccine employment practice into a thriving enterprise, surpassing its current state, which he established from the ground up.
