Her career journey began as a paralegal at DeMeo DeMeo and West from 2007 to 2009, followed by her transition to the role of associate attorney at the Law Office of Richard Meechan from 2013 to 2021. Concurrently, she served as an adjunct professor of law at Empire College School of Law and Alliant International University San Francisco Law School, sharing her expertise with aspiring legal professionals. In 2014, she joined Bernard IP Law, LLC as an attorney, further honing her legal skills and making significant contributions to the firm’s success. Her expertise was recognized when she assumed the role of administrative hearing officer for multiple municipalities in 2019.
Ms. Rosenthal’s impact extends beyond her legal roles to her involvement in advocating for gender equality and fairness in workers’ compensation. Serving as a chair in the Women’s Caucus at the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association, she has been recognized with accolades such as being named to the Northern California Super Lawyers in 2023 and receiving recognition as a Top Workers’ Comp Attorney from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, she serves on the Executive Committee for Workers’ Compensation at the California Lawyers Association and holds a position on the board of directors for the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association. Looking ahead, Ms. Rosenthal envisions expanding her practice and enhancing its efficiency, while continuing to mentor and support aspiring legal professionals, reflecting her belief in the power of collaboration and mentorship in the legal industry.
