Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. Horowitz has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He donated his time and efforts to the New City Parks and the Trust for Public Land. He has also provided pro bono work to clients unable to afford representation on their own. In addition to his primary vocation, he remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He was a member of the Urban Land Institute, the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, and the Association for Real Property and Infrastructure.
In the immediate future, Mr. Horowitz will continue to work in various capacities, especially on complicated legal issues. He will no longer be on the front lines as he was while practicing for over three decades, but he will continue solving complex problems. This will include transactions as well as determining the right strategy for the firm.
