He found success as a legal associate of business and legal affairs at Aser Media US, LLC, formerly a subsidiary of Eleven Sports, from 2018 to 2021. He held the position of coordinator for Major League Baseball from 2021 to 2022.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Mazzella pursued an education at Western New England University School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2014, a Master of Business Administration in 2017, and a Juris Doctorate in 2017. In addition to his primary vocation, he remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity, and sat on the executive board of Sports Entertainment Group, the New York State Bar Association, and the Connecticut Bar Association.
Mr. Mazella attributes his success to his ability to acknowledge and take responsibility for his mistakes. This quality has undoubtedly propelled him forward in his career. He has had the privilege of working closely with individuals, particularly those in the sports industry, who have amassed extensive experience over the years. In his initial job, he was fortunate to have an ex-ESPN attorney as his mentor, who had a wealth of knowledge and experience in the sports media industry. In the immediate future, he intends to prioritize his growth and knowledge acquisition with an ultimate objective to become a valuable and indispensable asset to a corporation.
