During this time, she was additionally active as general counsel for developed markets with Credix from 2022 to 2023, the executive vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer for Resolute Capital Partners Ltd. from 2020 to 2023, and general counsel and chief compliance officer for Resolute Capital Partners LTD from 2018 to 2023. She previously served as an attorney and the head of the bankruptcy department at Manty & Associates, PA, from 2009 to 2013 and a solo practitioner with Kuiper Law from 2013 to 2018. Atty. Kuiper began her career working in corporate payment systems with U.S. Bank between 2008 and 2009.
Before embarking on her professional path, Atty. Kuiper pursued an education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completing undergraduate coursework between 2002 and 2003. She continued her academic efforts with a Bachelor of Arts in political science at the University of Minnesota in 2005. Following these accomplishments, she earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2008. Most recently, Atty. Kuiper concluded her studies at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 2023, graduating with an Executive Master of Business Administration in leadership and organizational strategy.
Beyond her primary responsibilities in her field, Atty. Kuiper has found success as the owner of a yoga and wellness retreat company since 2020 and the host of the podcast “WTF! Women Talk Finance” for the Rowe Capital Group LLC since 2022. She has also contributed to the board of directors for Luminarias from 2016 to 2019 and the United States Bankruptcy Court’s St. Paul Panel of Trustees in the District of Minnesota from 2010 to 2013, the latter of which remains among her proudest professional moments. Attributing her success to the unwavering support and encouragement of her parents in addition to the invaluable guidance and companionship of her mentors and colleagues, Atty.
