Alexandria J. Crouthamel, Esq., an attorney at the Crouthamel Law Offices PC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of legal service.

Known for her tenacity in the pursuit of justice, Ms. Crouthamel has achieved professional success through her work in family law and criminal defense. As the principal attorney at the Crouthamel Law Offices PC, she regularly attends hearings, drafts legal documentation, negotiates with her opposite counsel in courtroom settings, and works with passion and perseverance to deliver a favorable result on behalf of her clients. Working primarily throughout east central Pennsylvania, Ms. Crouthamel holds a keen edge in the areas of divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, property division negotiations, domestic violence issues, and child support, as well as estate planning. Outside of her primary endeavors, she also serves as a public defender for Northampton County.

While studying toward a degree in forensic science at Alvernia University, Ms. Crouthamel availed herself of the opportunity to intern for a retired judge, which entailed working as a mentor and coach at Northampton County Prison. Finding herself drawn to a career in law, she pivoted her interests accordingly. After attaining a Bachelor of Science in 2015, she went on to earn a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Widener University School of Law in 2019. Following this accomplishment, Ms. Crouthamel was admitted to practice in the state of Pennsylvania, and through the U.S. District Courts of the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.

To commemorate her achievements, Ms. Crouthamel has been nominated for several auspicious honors, including as a Super Lawyer and Most Influential Woman by Lehigh Valley Style. She has also earned numerous accolades, including the Alexander V. Sarcoine Jr. Memorial Award, the Bronze Superior Editor Award by the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, and a listing among the Up and Coming Businesses Under 40 by Lehigh Valley Style.

Outside of her primary endeavors, Ms. Crouthamel has served as a legal adviser to the board of trustees for the UHA Ministry since 2023, and as a board member and secretary for Stephen’s Place, a halfway house in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, since 2014. In accounting for her success in both civic advocacy and as a lawyer, she largely credits her determination in the courtroom and commitment to hard work. Across the span of her career, Ms. Crouthamel is most proud to have opened a law firm at the age of 29. Having already opened a second location for her law firm, she likewise aspires to expand upon her family law practice in the near future.
