Prior to this position, he was active as an associate at a law firm between 1973 and 1975. In addition to his primary responsibilities, he served as the copyright law editor for “Robert Stigwood Group Limited v. Sperber, 457 f.2d 50” in 1972 and an editor for the Rutgers Law Journal in 1973. Dr. Klein has likewise been affiliated with The Florida Bar.
Before embarking on his professional path, Dr. Klein pursued an education at the University of Florida, from which he obtained an Associate of Applied Science. He continued his academic efforts with a bachelor’s degree in political science at Florida State University in 1968. In addition to these accomplishments, he earned a master’s degree in American history and economics. Dr. Klein concluded his studies with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in law at Rutgers Law School.
Among the many highlights of his career, Mr. Klein is incredibly proud to have never created any enemies from his opposition over the years, despite arguing for his clients as strenuously as possible. He also fondly recalls representing a case before the Court of Appeals, as he found the experience to be both interesting and enjoyable. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Klein is grateful to have raised three bright and stable children, who have all found their own success in their respective ambitions.
Striving to communicate with, educate and prioritize the needs of his clients, Mr. Klein attributes his success to his integrity, transparency, and his hard work. He was initially drawn to his field due to his experiences on his debate team, having won many debate tournaments during his formative years. Looking toward the future, Mr. Klein hopes to cement his legacy as a decent, honest and loyal legal professional while maintaining an exceptional relationship with his children and grandchildren.
