David N. Jaklitsch, Esq., trial attorney at the Jaklitsch Law Group, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the fields of injury and malpractice law.
Having recently begun his career in the field of law, Mr. Jaklitsch is a rapidly rising leader in his industry. He recently joined the Jaklitsch Law Group, which his father originally founded in 1999, as a trial lawyer, and since then, he has participated in more than 90 cases within the firm. As part of his work in the field, he has primarily specialized in personal injury and medical practice, with a focus on negotiating cases, making court appearances on behalf of his firm, and managing various budgeting duties. Prior to joining his father’s law firm, Mr. Jaklitsch served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Stacy W. McCormack in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County in Maryland between 2021 and 2022. He originally began his career as a law clerk for the Valente Law Group from 2019 to 2021.
As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Jaklitsch cultivated his formal education, ultimately earning a Juris Doctor at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2021. In addition to his academic credentials, he also remains active as a member of the Prince George’s County Bar Association, The Bar Association of Anne Arundel County Inc., and the Maryland State Bar Association Inc. In his adjacent civic-minded pursuits, he regularly volunteers with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America and as a coach for softball and bowling. To commemorate his achievements, Mr. Jaklitsch was recently named in the Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers, in addition to receiving the Maryland Law Scholars Award for Academic Achievement.
