With over a decade of experience, Mr. Seidleck has been thriving as an associate with Latham & Watkins since 2022. Previously, Mr. Seidleck spent his time as a law clerk with the United States Court of Appeals District of Columbia Circuit from 2021 to 2022, a constitutional law fellow for Becket from 2020 to 2021, law clerk with the United States Courts for the Ninth Circuit from 2019 to 2020 and a litigation associate with Baker Botts LLP from 2018 to 2019. He was also a law clerk with the United States Court of Federal Claims from 2017 to 2018.
Before starting his professional career, Mr. Seidleck earned a Bachelor of Business and Business Administration in business law, summa cum laude, from Marymount University in 2010. He then received a Juris Doctorate magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2017. Upon completion of his degrees, Mr. Seidleck was admitted to practice law with the state of Maryland, The District of Columbia, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia to name a few.
Looking toward the future, Mr. Seidleck wants to continue to grow with his firm. He wants to continue researching and writing case briefs and eventually lead, manage, and argue those cases in court.
