Likewise, he is also well-versed in real estate development, having operated as an assistant district attorney for a real estate firm in southern Texas for three years. Adjacent to his primary appointment, Mr. Snowden was the counsel and director for Heritage Historical Corporation from 2015 to 2018. Likewise, he was a corporate counsel and director for the Southern National Bank in Houston from 2013 to 2018, where he also served as a loan committee member. 

In his civic-minded endeavors, Mr. Snowden was a member of the advisory council for the Morris Family Center for Law & Liberty from 2015 to 2018. As part of his earliest efforts, he was the vice president of the Baylor Chamber of Commerce at Baylor University, his alma mater, between 1966 and 1967. As a student of the institution, he originally earned a Bachelor of Arts in economic and political science in 1963. He subsequently attended the Baylor Law School and achieved a Juris Doctor in 1970. In addition to his academic credentials, Mr. Snowden has been licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association. Attributing his success to his aggressive professional attitude, he is particularly proud of the work he has accomplished at the international level.
