Since 2021, he has operated as the managing owner and lead attorney at Odesnik Law in Boca Raton, Florida, where he specializes in casework pertaining to personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful deaths. Well-versed as a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, many of Mr. Odesnik’s business procedures are guided by the fundamental principles of jiu-jitsu, which teach discipline, perseverance and the pursuit of excellence. Prior to beginning his own practice, Mr. Odesnik excelled as a plaintiff’s personal injury associate attorney at Kanner & Pintaluga P.A. from 2011 to 2021. At the onset of his career, he worked as an associate attorney for Tripp Scott P.A. in 2008 and with Kubicki Draper P.A. from 2009 to 2011.
Prior to beginning his vocational journey, Mr. Odesnik pursued a formal education. After initially earning a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, at the University of Florida in 2007, he subsequently achieved a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, at the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2009. Additionally, he has been licensed to practice law by The Florida Bar, the South Carolina Bar, the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Alabama State Bar. Well-regarded for his academic and professional accomplishments, he has been honored with several accolades over the course of his career, including inclusion in the Top 10 Under 40 from the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. Attributing much of his success to the love and encouragement of his wife, Mr. Odesnik is notably proud of all of his work in the field, and he looks forward to expanding his firm in the coming years.
