Since 2020, Mr. Fremuth has been a criminal defense attorney with the Dunham & Jones Law Firm PC. With more than 10 years of work experience to his credit, he previously served as the assistant district attorney in the felony, misdemeanor and juvenile divisions of Galveston County. In 2017, Mr. Fremuth was an intern with the Montgomery County District Attorney, and in 2016, he was a summer intern with the Harris County District Attorney.
Mr. Fremuth began his career as a guest safety and security officer for Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino and Racetrack from 2012 to 2013 and a security shift supervisor from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, he was a summer law clerk with Edwards Neils PLLC. From 2015 to 2016, he was an independent contractor with the same firm.
To prepare for his career, Mr. Fremuth earned an associate degree in the administration of justice from Delaware County Community College in 2011. In 2013, he graduated from Neumann University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Mr. Fremuth obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2017 and concluded his higher education at Arizona State University, graduating in 2022 with a master’s degree in forensic psychology. In 2013, he was admitted to practice by the State Bar of Texas.
In recognition of his professional excellence, Mr. Fremuth was listed on the Defense Winning Verdict Leaderboard by Show Me the Justice in 2022. In 2020, he was listed in Top 40 Under 40. To keep abreast of his field, he maintains affiliation with the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association and the State Bar of Texas. In his spare time, Mr. Fremuth enjoys practicing jiu-jitsu, hiking and camping.
