Mr. Necaise began his career as a police officer and crime scene investigator with the Gulfport Police Department between 2008 and 2012.

Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Necaise pursued an education at the University of South Alabama, from which he earned a bachelor’s degree in biology in 2008. Subsequently graduating from the International Forensic Science Academy in 2009, he concluded his formal studies at the Mississippi College School of Law, obtaining a Doctor of Jurisprudence on a Marie Upton scholarship in 2016. As a testament to his stellar efforts, he was presented with a Distinguished Graduate Award and the Fifth Congressional District Award from the Southern Regional Public Safety Institute in 2008, and the Teamwork Award from the International Forensic Science Academy in 2010. Attributing his success to his grassroots upbringing and hard work, Mr. Necaise hopes to make the world a better place in the coming years.
