After originally pursuing a career as a professional trumpet player and singer, he was involved in a bar fight that saw him stand trial for manslaughter. After being found not guilty by reason of accident and self-defense, Mr. Bryson’s outlook on life shifted and he began pursuing a career in the law. Among his accomplishments, he obtained one of the largest settlements against a law enforcement entity in the history of Nevada.
Mr. Bryson has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Nevada Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. As a renowned attorney, he has appeared on numerous television networks, including CBS, ABC, FOX 5, CNN, MSNBC, Telemundo News, and Court TV. Mr. Bryson has also been a commentator for “In Session,” “Tru TV’s Most Shocking Court Videos,” “The Johnnie Cochran Show,” “Good Morning America,” and “Inside Edition.”
For his excellence in legal practice, Mr. Bryson was named to the Top 100 Lawyers in Las Vegas in 2017. He maintains membership to the Clark County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Nevada, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Supreme Court Historical Society, and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Bryson attributes his success to his confidence in the courtroom, which stems from his experience as a musician and performer.
