She began her career in 2002 as an associate attorney for Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto in New York, New York.
Ms. LaFeir earned a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering, cum laude, at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1995 and subsequently secured a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree at the Seton Hall University School of Law in New Jersey 2002. She graduated with a Master of Laws in litigation management from Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas in 2022. She is a registered member of the bar in the states of New Jersey and New York.
Ms. LaFeir is a registered patent attorney through the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She stays active as a community member, serving on multiple boards and providing pro bono legal advice for non-profit organizations. In her free time, she is a professional bodybuilder.
