After initially obtaining a Bachelor of Science in 1970 from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Mr. Walker subsequently earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Loyola University in Chicago in 1973, where he served as associate editor of the Loyola Law Review.
During this time he also served his country in the United States Air Force, where he attained the rank of captain. Mr. Walker later continued his education with a Master of Laws from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans with honors in 1983.
Mr. Walker founded the Walker Law Firm in 1987, where his practice centers on insurance casualty defense and trial practice. He has also prospered since 2009 as managing partner with Walker Daly, LLP in Metairie, Louisiana. Attributing his success to his ability to relate to his clients, Mr. Walker cites his career highlight winning over 90 percent of the 200 jury trials that he has litigated. His goal in the coming years is for continued success an to maintain fruitful relationships with his clients until he retires.
