Ms. Dungog began her education in the Philippines, earning a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of the Philippines in 1993. Furthering her studies at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., she graduated in 1999 with a Master of Laws in taxation. Previously, she served in multiple professional positions, including working as an attorney advisor for the U.S. Tax Court, tax counsel for Dow Chemical Company and as senior counsel in the corporate department for Liner Grode Stein Yankelevitz Sunshine Regenstreif & Taylor LLP in Los Angeles, California. Likewise, she is active as a member with several professional groups, including the Canadian Tax Foundation, the California Lawyers Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Canadian Business Chicks.
