With nearly 15 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Uhlmann has excelled as a co-managing partner with Martone & Uhlmann PC since 2019. Prior to this position, he was appointed as a co-managing partner and an associate attorney with Frank J. Martone PC between 2015 and 2019. He previously began his career in a number of roles with Goldberg & Ackerman LLC, including as the team lead of foreclosure operations for Zucker, Goldberg & Ackerman LLC from 2008 to 2009, a supervisor of foreclosure sales from 2009 to 2010, a supervisor emeritus from 2010 to 2013 and an attorney-at-law from 2013 to 2015. Moreover, Mr. Uhlmann earned a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice, summa cum laude, from Farleigh Dickinson University in 2004 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, from the Florida Coastal School of Law in 2013.

Additionally active as an adjunct professor at Farleigh Dickinson University Metropolitan Campus, Mr. Uhlmann formerly served as a certified legal intern for the Office of the State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida, a research assistant at the Florida Coastal School of Law, the chief humane law enforcement officer for the Dutchess County S.P.C.A., and an investigator and consultant for the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts, among other posts. Proud to be a part of a firm that is authorized on the path of the New Jersey Department of Justice to conduct debt collection, he has been presented with several honors over his career, including as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, a Phyllis Stansell Ethics and Professionalism Award from Florida Coastal School of Law, an Alternate Dispute Resolution Book Award from Florida Coastal School of Law, and a Student Service Award from Fairleigh Dickinson University to name a few. Attributing his success to his exemplary dedication and drive to achieve his goals and satisfy the needs of his customers, Mr. Uhlmann hopes to devote the coming years to building his current firm into a multistate-tiered legal platform focusing on real estate services.
