His practice emphasizes all aspects of claim evaluation and litigation assessment, including the defense of bad-faith allegations, primarily in connection with Directors and Officers Insurance Coverage. In 2022, Mr. Breen will publish his third novel entitled, “The Drug Tampering Trial.”
