Mr. Towne believes that doing your duty is the only way to happiness and as an attorney, he believes in what he is doing and his cause is just. He does a lot of research, uses his technical skills and knowledge, so he is the single most reliable resource in the courtroom. What attracted him to the law was the idea of being an advocate for people and representing them. Mr. Towne took great pride in representing the people in California, was with the Department of Transportation for four years, and then Labor Commissioner for a year and as a safety inspector with Cal/OSHA for five years.
At present, Mr. Towne serves as a volunteer corporate secretary for the Northwest Arkansas Occupational Safety and Health Advisory Council and other work safety organizations. He and his wife currently sing with the Sacred Harp Singers of Springdale, Arkansas.
