David Farnham, Attorney at The Farnham Law Firm, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in personal injury litigation and criminal defense.
After initially obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in 1978 from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, Mr. Farnham later continued his education with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1986 from Georgia State University in Atlanta. After serving as a legislator from 1978 to 1980 in the New Hampshire House of Representatives in Concord, he excelled as an administrator with the Sun Chemical Corporation in Merrimack from 1980 to 1982, a group leader with Rockwell International in Duluth, Georgia from 1982 to 1985 and an assistant program manager with Rockwell International in Norcross, Georgia from 1985 to 1987.
Following entering the legal profession, Mr. Farnham partnered with Mohr and Farnham from 1987 to 1993 in Atlanta and founded the Farnham Law Firm in 1994, with much of his practice dealing with personal injury cases. His professional memberships include Phi Delta Phi, State Bar of Georgia, Alcovy Bar Association, Alcovy Circuit Bar Association and the Lawyers Foundation of Georgia Inc.
According to Mr. Farnham, he became involved in his profession because he was inspired by the Perry Mason TV show, as he used to watch it often when he was a child. He considers winning a capital case and preventing a 19-year-old woman from being executed to be a career highlight, the last case in Georgia to date that would have concluded with the punishment of death by electric chair. In the coming years, Mr. Farnham hopes to be involved in mediation and also hopes to be a guardian ad litem for children.
