Following obtaining a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University, Waco, Texas, Mr. Cigainero continued his education with a Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, in 2017 from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville.  He is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Arkansas.

Mr. Cigainero served as a judicial law clerk and extern with Fifth District Court of the State of Texas in 2016 and subsequently as a student attorney with University of Arkansas Legal Clinic, Fayetteville, in 2017. In addition, from 2015 to 2017, he served as a law clerk for office of the general counsel for the University of Arkansas. Mr. Cigainero flourished in private practice in Fayetteville from 2017 to 2020.

Among Mr. Cigainero’s honors are the Bard Hogan Natural Resources Law Award, University of Arkansas School of Law; additionally, he has been listed as a Top Rated Bankruptcy Attorney in Fayetteville by Super Lawyers, a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Mr. Cigainero became involved in his profession because he has always enjoyed helping people overcome financial obstacles. His first-hand experience gave him a better understanding of how circumstances could lead to debt. With this, he decided to practice law focusing mainly on consumer bankruptcy, credit repair, and debt relief. He considers his most notable achievement being able to have mortgage terms restructured and negotiated so that his clients could stay in their homes. In the coming years, Mr. Cigainero’s goal is for ARlaw to grow and for people to know that they have a resource that can help them in problems such as bankruptcy.
