He is licensed to practice law in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for Eastern District of New York, and by the State Bar of California.

As a career highlight, Mr. Molina mentions that he is one of the team leaders for the Madoff liquidation that is still on going. They represented the trustee who is in-charged of recovering all the money. He has helped him recover $14 billion of stolen money around the world. He attributes his success to having an excellent team and speaking three languages, English, Spanish, and Italian. He is not just fluent in Spanish, but he practices in Spanish meetings and advocates orally and writes in Spanish, which makes him able to represent a lot of Latin-America clients who want a United States lawyer who comes with all the language and culture abilities.

Mr. Molina is happy with his stature and exposure with respect to international asset tracing and recovery, and he feels he is strong in international litigation. In the coming years, he wants to continue building his brand on international arbitration. Mr. Molina is doing a lot of commercial investor state arbitration and he wants to be someone who is extremely well-known in those fields and eventually be appointed as an arbitrator.
